Professional Standards Unit (Complaints & Discipline)

This unit receives complaints about staff as well as complaints about policies and procedures. Complaints can be made in person Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm, or by telephone during these hours. Outside those hours there is a voice mail service. Written complaints can be mailed to PO Box 909, Grand Cayman, KY1 1103, CAYMAN ISLANDS. Or you can call at any police station.
