This unit investigates serious crimes which take place on the road including fatal road collisions, and deal with complicated areas of the law such as heavy loads and passenger carrying. It also provides the following: Provide an emergency response, Reduce road collisions, Minimize disruption on the roads and assist with free flowing traffic, Target traveling criminals, Provide assistance and reassurance to motorists.
