Attorney General

The Attorney General is the Chief Legal Adviser to government with responsibility for superintending the prosecuting departments. The AG is head of the Portfolio of Legal Affairs. The Attorney General is appointed as an Official Member of the Governor-in-Cabinet and the Legislative Assembly.
