Schools (Government) - Prospect Primary School

The Cayman Islands educational system is based on the curriculum used in the UK. The system operates primary schools and high schools for children ages 4 to 16. Schooling for Caymanians is free. The public schools fall under the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment which governs all government funded educational facilities and programs, including after school programs, scholarships, codes of practice and curriculum documents.
