Legislative Drafting Department

The Legislative Drafting Department is responsible for drafting primary legislation (laws), drafting subordinate legislation such as regulations, orders, directions, and rules, and advising on proposals for legislation and statutory interpretation. The Department falls under the Portfolio of Legal Affairs.
