Electronic Monitoring Department

The Emergency Communications & Electronic Monitoring Department administers the Cayman Islands Electronic Monitoring Centre, including the National CCTV Programme. This centre is responsible for the House Arrest programme using electronic tags to monitor the activity of offenders serving their sentences outside of the confines of the prison.
