C-Pay Offers Upgrade Packages - Tailored to You!

Fulfillment Module
This service lets you manage and distribute low byte count digital packages (DPKG). Typically this is a combination of usernames, passwords and/or PINs. Each DPKG that is uploaded is associated with an individual product SKU. When a purchase is made containing one of these SKU's the system will retrieve a DPKG associated with that SKU and update the database to prevent that DPKG from being distributed in the future. This feature is especially useful for any merchant requiring a PIN activated solution.

FraudTrack2* Chargeback Protection (Supports CVV11)
There are infrequent, although sometimes persistent attempts to defraud our valued client base. We have developed a real-time testing routine to guard against these attacks, and report the results of these tests to the merchant on every transaction for follow-up prior to fulfillment consummation. Optionally, these charges can be approved or declined automatically based upon user-defined parameters.
This is a multi-layered routine to notify the merchant of any suspicious transaction and/or to limit the region of distribution of products.
FraudTrack2(tm) also enables you to limit shipment of goods to the countries, states and/or other regions of your choice. (For example, some software cannot be distributed outside the U.S. without appropriate export arrangements.) Also, certain countries, due to a high incidence of fraud, may be necessary to exclude.

Membership Management
Membership Management is a program designed especially for those companies such as media companies, publishers and content owners to capitalize on the sale of content, news and information, financial research and data, images, music, video and digital services. Once successful payment has been received, your customer then has access to restricted areas of your website. This complete program includes username and password management, password management, password authentication, real-time payment authorizations, automated recurring billing and more!

Recurring Billing
Our recurring billing program offers even more flexibility to meet merchants' specific billing needs. We store and manage customers billing information and support either fixed recurring billing dates and amounts or variable billing dates and amounts. As with all of our billing programs, storing credit information is our responsibility and our systems open architecture allows for seamless automated integration with client site applications.

Affiliate Management
This is designed to enable merchants to sign-up and manage a network of affiliates. Paying commissions to a referring site means more links to your site, which translates into more sales.Affiliate management also has a referral tracking system that identifies the referring site (i.e. banner) and 'tags' each customer's computer for identification at the time of purchase, assuring proper credit for the sale (eg. a hotel signs on a tourist board as part of their referral program). This program also separates shipping and tax charges so commissions can be paid on net sales; it allows affiliates to track their own results; and allows affiliates to sign themselves up.

Payload (Download) Delivery
This is a program designed to instantly deliver electronic files and charge fees for the viewing or downloading of these files. This is ideal for those businesses that are information sources: authors, bookstores and software vendors - or anyone who wants to sell something downloadable. Once successful credit card authorization has been achieved, Payload Delivery creates 'vanishing URLs' for the download, giving the customer a time-limited access to these URLs. Once the document has been successfully transferred, the customer has no further access to the files.

Wireless Authorizations
This service is a proprietary link between the Palm VII personal organizer and the payment gateway. With this capability, merchants can sell their goods and services on a wireless device and securely accept payments in an on-time/real time manner. Prices for the upgraded packages are available upon request
