Q. What is a payment gateway?
A. A payment gateway links your website to the credit card processing company and your e-merchant bank account. When a buyer enters his or her credit card number on the website, the payment gateway obtains authorization for the charge and submits the sale to the aquiring bank.

Q. Why should I use C-Pay?
A. Use C-Pay when you want to be able to market and sell your products globally, 24-hours a day! C-Pay is a one-stop-shop, providing all of the necessary documents required for start-up, including documentation from local banks.

Q. What is included in the C-Pay package?
A. Q. What kinds of credit cards are accepted?

Q. What extra security features come with C-Pay?
A. FraudTrack is a system that provides access to a company with wide credit card negative database, providing you with the ability to add known fraudulent, stolen or charged back credit cards to this database. Card numbers entered in this negative database will not be able to be used on any account in the system. This helps to reduce fraudulent transactions for all merchants using our payment gateway.

Q. What is a chargeback?
A. It is the customer's right of refusal to pay for goods or services that were not delivered or authorized to be charged to the credit card account.
